4 Easy Steps to Use the Tonsil Stone Scoop
1. Start by gargling with lukewarm salty water.
Start by gargling gently with luke warm water to relax your throat and facilitate the removal process
2. Select the right nozzle for your tonsil anatomy.
When you use one of the scoops, add the small silicon tip on it. Open your mouth wide with your tongue flat on its bottom. Aim the LED at your tonsils.
3. Explore your tonsils and locate tonsil stones.
Identify the different crypts of your tonsils and use the tool to navigate through them.
4. Dislodge and scoop out the stones.
If tonsil stones are apparent, remove them gently with the tonsil scoop. If they do not come out, do not force it. Instead, try flushing those out with the syringe.
