1. Utilisez le gratte-langue en acier le matin et le soir avant de vous brosser les dents.

L’utilisation du gratte-langue est un excellent complément à votre routine bucco-dentaire. Nous vous conseillons de vous gratter la langue matin et soir avant de vous brosser les dents.

2. Commencez par l'arrière de votre langue et grattez doucement vers l'avant.

Commencez aussi profondément que possible et grattez délicatement vers l’avant sans appliquer trop de pression. Si la sensation est inconfortable, pressez moins fort. Répétez l’opération autant que nécessaire.
