Comment utiliser le gratte-langue
1. Utilisez le gratte-langue en acier le matin et le soir avant de vous brosser les dents.
L’utilisation du gratte-langue est un excellent complément à votre routine bucco-dentaire. Nous vous conseillons de vous gratter la langue matin et soir avant de vous brosser les dents.
2. Commencez par l'arrière de votre langue et grattez doucement vers l'avant.
Commencez aussi profondément que possible et grattez délicatement vers l’avant sans appliquer trop de pression. Si la sensation est inconfortable, pressez moins fort. Répétez l’opération autant que nécessaire.
3. Rincez le gratte-langue en acier
Rincez abondamment les résidus collectés avec de l’eau
4. Répétez les étapes 2 et 3 jusqu'à ce que votre langue soit rose et propre.
Le corps évacue les toxines par le biais de la langue; elles prennent alors la forme d’un dépôt blanc. Pour une bouche plus saine, il est donc important de vous gratter la langue deux fois par jour.
Stérilisation
Notre gratte-langue vous parviendra toujours parfaitement propre. Mais vous pouvez facilement le stériliser avant utilisation (ou après quelque temps) si vous le souhaitez.
Pour enlever toute bactérie ou virus, il vous suffit d’immerger votre gratte-langue dans de l’eau bouillante pendant 5 minutes. Retirez-le ensuite et séchez-le avec soin.

Il est même très facile de nettoyer le gratte-langue en frofondeur. Vous pouvez le mettre au lave-vaisselle ou utiliser une pastille de nettoyage. Ensuite, il suffit de le polir avec du citron et du sel pour qu’il soit comme neuf.
