Cómo utilizar el raspador de lengua
1. Utiliza el raspador lingual por la mañana y por la noche antes de cepillarte los dientes para cumplir con su función.
El raspado de la lengua es un complemento del cepillado dental. Por tanto, es mejor hacerlo antes de lavarse los dientes por la mañana y por la noche.
2. Empieza por la parte interna de la lengua y raspa suavemente hacia delante, casi sin ejercer presión.
Empieza lo más atrás que puedas y raspa tu lengua con suavidad y hacia delante, sin ejercer demasiada presión. Si sientes molestias, aprieta menos. Repítelo tantas veces como necesites.
3. Enjuaga el raspador de lengua.
Aclara el residuo acumulado con abundante agua. Seca muy bien el raspador de lengua y guárdalo
en un lugar seco.
4. Repite los pasos 2 y 3 hasta que tu lengua esté de color rosa y limpia.
El cuerpo se desintoxica a través de la lengua. Estas toxinas aparecen en forma de una capa blanca sobre la lengua. Para mejorar tu salud en general, es importante que te raspes la lengua cada día.
